To get a loan from Consolidated bank of Kenya, as an individual you require copies of the last 12 months bank statements, title deeds and owner ships proofs to justify that you can actually pay off the loan. You also need to present to the bank copies of your last three pay slips and copies of other credentials, pin certificate and national ID.
Once the loan is being processed you have to open a consolidated bank account to secure your loan.
